As you might know I’m currently in Angers studying for a License Professionelle Metiers Arts Culinaires et Arts de la Table. For this degree I need to do a projet tutoré that is 25% of my terminal grade. Think of it as a master’s thesis with a professional edge.
Anyway, I’ve decided to study regional French cuisine and it’s adaptation to Anglophone tourists.
If you’ve been to France as a tourist please take some time to fill out this survey. (link below) It’s mostly open ended questions about your experiences with gastronomy and cuisine in France.
If you’re an ex-pat in France, or have lived in France, please feel free to fill out this survey, but keep in mind I’m focusing mainly on tourism.

My program is only a year long and I start the professional aspect of my projet tutoré in March.
